What is cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is something kids do often because they are jealous,mad or dislike someone.Cyber bullying is always done using an electronic device. Cyber bullying isn't limited to mean e-mails or texts. Some kids can post mean or embarassing videos or websites about others for others to see. You can't escape from the cyber bully. The bullying is constant.
